Adult Fitness Classes – Yoga, Ballet, XA Beat

You’ve set your goals and you’re ready to begin working towards physical fitness, health and wellness.  When you combine a caring and supportive staff, flexible schedules for busy adults and a variety of class options, you’ve created your recipe for success.

Dance-Twirl Minnesota has partnered with Asan Point Yoga and XA Beat to offer you 3 different class option



Yoga For It All classes – Asan Point offers this program to enhance stretch, strength and breath support that promotes better health and fitness. The class will involve basic yoga techniques, poses and exercises for a whole body experience! Join us for strength and healing! Yoga for It All is offered on Mondays from 8:15 – 9:00. Punch cards can be purchased over the phone or at our studio.  Punch cards are 10 classes for $100 or $12 for drop-in classes.

For those looking for a short session of yoga, join our class offered on Sundays from 3:30 – 4:15.  This class begins January 10th and continues untilFebruary 28th.

Also, offered on our short-term, no commitment schedule is our adult ballet class.

It’s never too late to learn and grow in ballet! Join us for an adult ballet class where we will stretch and perform at barre and center just as the prima ballerinas do. Class structure will be tailored to the adult audience. Our Adult Ballet class is offered on Sundays from 4:15 – 5:15.  This class begins onJanuary 10th and continues until February 28th and session charge is $80.

XA Beat is offered weekly at Dance-Twirl Minnesota on Sundays from 7-8 pm. Sculpt your body and burn calories without even realizing you are working out. Dance and shake the calories away to a wide variety of positive high energy American music from many genres. Routines are simple and easy to follow so participants can concentrate on getting a better workout! XABeat has become the way to a healthier lifestyle. Making fitness FUN has allowed many participants to completely reshape their bodies, achieve fitness high and increase their self-confidence. No dance background required so anyone can participate. Bring tennis shoes, water bottle and towel. Belly skirts will be provided (optional.) Try it! All you have to lose is sweat!!
