Our Team.

Welcome to Dance-Twirl Minnesota. Dance-Twirl Minnesota was founded in 2002 by Owner and Director, Jacinda Miller.  Jacinda started twirling when she was 6 years old, competing and performing throughout her youth. Jacinda was awarded a twirling scholarship to the University of Arizona and was a member of the Twirling Team for three years and the Captain for 2 years. Jacinda earned her Bachelor's Degree in Family Studies and Master's Degree in Organization and Management. After working in Higher Education for many years, Jacinda dedicated herself to the baton twirling and dance program at Dance-Twirl Minnesota.

Jacinda continues to teach at Dance-Twirl Minnesota along with a team of dedicated professional teachers that love baton, dance and seeing children grow and learn as much as she does.

I found Baton Twirling at 6 years old. I was such a shy and timid little girl until I found Baton Twirling and Jacinda. It has shaped me to become the person I am today. I have been given opportunities to perform at a variety of sporting events and community events as well as competed at the National level with my team for 9 years. I was also given the opportunity to become a Feature Twirler at Minnesota State University, Mankato. I have a B.A in Elementary Education and am currently a 2nd Grade teacher in ISD 196. I currently coach our Beginning Baton classes as well as our National Teams. My favorite part is to watch the excitement and passion grow for baton twirling with all our twirlers. It is so rewarding to share a passion of mine with someone else! In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my Fiance and family. We enjoy spending time outside, working out and camping!
